Semaglutide is a GLP-1 RA better known as Ozempic® and Wegovy.® There is a reason that this medication is in all the headlines; because it really works. Originally marketed to help diabetic patients, the drug manufacturer quickly realized that this medication far surpassed other weight loss drugs on the market. The manufacturer completed a series of clinical trials, which demonstrated how effective this medication was for weight loss in patients with and without type 2 diabetes. Emails will provide a variety of information including exercise strategies, fitness opportunities, delicious recipes, links to helpful support videos, community resources, and Balance Wellness group events. You will also have access via emails to discounted vitamins and supplements to support your weight loss journey. · Quarterly group classes that are optional. Balance Wellness Weight Loss Program Pricing Gold Membership $500/month This includes semaglutide weekly injections, monthly vitamin injections, 24/7 access to your prescriber, prescription for initial nausea medication sent to a pharmacy of your choosing, access to discounted vitamins, periodic support emails, and optional quarterly wellness classes. You may choose in-person or at-home injections with no additional fees. Silver membership $100/month This includes monthly vitamin injections, 24/7 access to your prescriber, prescription for initial nausea medication sent to a pharmacy of your choosing, access to discounted vitamins, periodic support emails, and optional quarterly wellness classes. This does not include the cost of your semaglutide medication. For those who are receiving the medication via Balance Wellness Prescription Plan*, this fee will include subsequent monthly prescriptions of semaglutide sent to a pharmacy of your choice. Botox® $12/unit Neuromodulator injections using Jeuveau®, Xeomin®, Botox®, or Dysport®. Cost is per unit. We believe in price transparency, but this treatment will vary from person to person based on muscle strength, gender, anatomy, and areas injected. An additional peptide means that this treatment will prolong your results up to 6 months!! That means less needle pokes and less scheduling for you. Sculptra® $850/vial Sculptra® is a biostimulator, an aesthetic injectable that helps stimulate your own natural collagen production to smooth wrinkles and improve skin tightness. Results are gradual and long-lasting. Hylenex $350/vial This is filler reversal agent that can be used to dissolve old filler products. Kenalog Injections $75 Steroid injections can be used to treat stubborn acne. Inflammation is reduced within 24-48 hours. Dermaplaning $75 Dermaplaning is a minimally invasive way to remove "peach fuzz," gently exfoliate your skin, and reveal healthier, smoother skin. Add on to any other service for only $50. Hair Regrowth $550 A combination of injections and microneedling is used to stimulate the hair follicles and improve hair growth. Best results will be accomplished in a series of treatments initially. Microneedling $400 (save 15% when you purchase 4 or more sessions) Microneedling is a corrective treatment that creates microchannels in the skin's matrix. Microneedling can be used for fine lines, wrinkles, scars, hyperpigmentation, dilated capillaries, rosacea, sunspots, post-inflammatory hyerpigmentation, sun damage, enlarged pores, and overall skin condition.   Medical marijuana, also known as medical cannabis, has been shown to benefit patients with various medical conditions. It is an exciting and evolving field that is helping patients across the country. The benefits of medical marijuana are primarily due to its active chemical compounds called cannabinoids, which interact with the body's endocannabinoid system to produce various therapeutic effects. Medical marijuana has been shown to be effective in treating chronic pain, muscle spasms, and nausea associated with certain medical conditions. It has also been found to be effective in treating symptoms of anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as well as improving sleep in some patients. In addition, medical marijuana has been shown to have neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory properties, which could potentially be beneficial for patients with neurological disorders such as multiple sclerosis (MS) and epilepsy.
